MOQ varies by product type. For standard medical equipment (monitors, imaging devices), MOQ is typically 1–5 units. For consumables, MOQ starts at 100–500 units. For OEM/private label orders, MOQ is 50–100 units per SKU. Contact us for exact MOQ for your specific product of interest.
Do you provide CE and FDA documentation with orders?
Yes. All our equipment comes with the relevant certificates: CE certificate, ISO 13485 certificate, test reports, Declaration of Conformity, user manuals, and where applicable, FDA device listing confirmation. We can also provide WHO GMP certificates and free sale certificates for regulatory submissions in your country.

For in-stock products: 5–10 business days for production preparation + shipping time (3–7 days air, 25–45 days sea freight). For OEM orders: 3–6 weeks for private label, 8–16 weeks for modified products. For custom development projects: 6–18 months depending on complexity. We'll provide a precise timeline with your quotation.
Can you help with local market registration in our country?
Yes. We provide full documentation packages that support registration with most national health authorities (NAFDAC, PPB, ANVISA, DRAP, CDSCO, etc.). We have experience supporting regulatory submissions across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. In some markets, we can introduce trusted local registration agents.
